• Health & fitness data: Weight logs, calorie intake, workout history, water intake, and nutrition data
• Profile data: Profile picture and fitness goals
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version
• Referral data: Referral codes you generate or use

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Vyntra fitness tracking service
• To personalise your fitness and nutrition recommendations
• To process subscription payments and manage your account
• To administer our Refer & Earn programme
• To send important service and account notifications
• To improve and develop new app features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption for passwords and all sensitive data. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Health Data

Health and fitness data — including weight, calories, and workout logs — is used solely to provide the App's core features. This data is never shared with advertisers or third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment details on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely and directly by Razorpay.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Vyntra is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via your registered contact details. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
